حدث بالفعل بعنوان "Ironic isn't it؟"
Back at the hospital I had a case complaining of multiple issues besides kidneys dysfunction and recently there were a symptoms of swollen leg + redness and hotness and when I saw that I only thing I suspected was a "DVT" because of the so many problems he has been facing for the past few years.
I got to meet the staff of physicians been monitoring his condition all those years, I spoke to them and said that I suspect "DVT" and said my reasons for my assumption and they replied: yes you're right we will take that in consideration because these are the exact symptoms of DVT but inshallah it won't be.
And I was: yeah I hope I'm wrong.
After some investigations we figured it was a "Cellulitis".
And while I was having a little chat with them, a doctor entered the lobby and took a look at the patient's leg and changed his direction towards us moved a little closer and started speaking: Hey doctor **** !! We need a surgeon right now to have a look about his leg, this can't be good
And the specialist replied: Yes doctor we've already investigated this and it turned out to be "Cellulitis" , that's it, and the doctor *** will provide us with the prescription as soon as she arrives to the department.
Other doctor replied: NO!!
This has to be referred to a Surgeon.
The specialist replied: okay doctor understood!
As that doctor started walkin' outta' the department, the specialist started mumbling
He was: you see doctor Omar! That's the issue! , these dentists they come to you and just try to make themselves looke like a physician but they don't know shi.t!
That's not even his work, he's not a specialist he's just a "Dentist" yk!! , not just because he's the vice of the chairman of the hospital doesn't give 'em the right to interfere.
Me: Yeah absolutely, everyone just needs to stick to his work and keep his mouth shut.
He: اه فعلا، صحيح يا دكتور عمر، مقولتليش تخصصك إيه؟

مش حابب أتكلم في الموضوع ده الحقيقة، ولكن ده حق حد ف فرصة حلوة لتوضيح الأمور، أنا عارف انت بتتكلم علي مين، ولكن كبرت دماغي، وبما أنك ذكرت الموضوع ده ف أحب اقولك ان محصلش، وكان سوء تفاهم بسيط بسبب "ميم" كان اي حد ممكن ينزله، مش ضروري الشخص ده، بس هي اتفهمت أنه إساءة لأنها جت من الشخص ده البذات، ف للأسف أتفهمت كده، فاهمني؟
ولو فعلا كان في حاجة من دي بتريقة او تهكم او سُخريه فالحاجات دي مفيهاش هزار وكنت هبقي أنا اول شخص يتكلم فيها، ومش هتهاون فيها بأي شكل، و أعتقد حاجة زي دي عندي وعندك أغلي و أعز من أي شخص مهما كان هو مين.
أتمني يكون كلامي مفهوم وكافي، لأني مش حابب أتكلم فيه تاني.
ولو فعلا كان في حاجة من دي بتريقة او تهكم او سُخريه فالحاجات دي مفيهاش هزار وكنت هبقي أنا اول شخص يتكلم فيها، ومش هتهاون فيها بأي شكل، و أعتقد حاجة زي دي عندي وعندك أغلي و أعز من أي شخص مهما كان هو مين.

مساء الخير يولاد، ازاي بتقدروا تعدوا او تتغافلوا عن اخطاء اللي حواليكو؟
الحقيقة؛ الوالد كان له نصيحة حلوة في موضوع السواقه، وأنت سايق خليك دايما هادي وبارد، عشان تتفادي الأخطاء، ومش هتبقي أخطائك أنت علي قد ما هتبقي أخطاء اللي حواليك من عربية بتكسر عليك، أو موتوسيكل يزنق عليك، من واحد جاي مش مدي إشارة .. إلخ.
فتحاول علي قدر الإمكان تبقي بارد وتكبر دماغك.

انا اخر سنة في طب اسنان وهبقى معيدة ان شاء الله في شاب كلم بابا بيتقدم، هو خريج حقوق وشغال في المقاولات. لما والدي كلمني انا انصدمت من المهزلة دي هو ازاي يفكر يكلم بابا هو مفكر اننا هنوافق!! انا بفكر احليه يجي ومطلعش عشان يتربى
