Favorite Movie Villain?
Homura Akemi should count, right? Even if the fanbase is pretty split on that film, I really liked it and I think it took her character in an interesting direction.
But if we're talking "Movie-movie's" here, then I suppose I'd have to be generic and go for Heath Ledger's portrayal of the Joker. I don't even like superheroes and I loved that film, primarily because of how good a villain he was.

Let's see. I'd probably have to go with Yomiel, even if he changed sides at the end. There was a lot to his character and he really served to make use of his screen time well.

Worst Voice Acting you've ever heard?
Geez... The Higurashi dub was pretty bad. And Sakura sound terrible in DR...
But the absolute worst goes to Durarara. Specifically, Erika and the other Otaku kid. They both sounded so awkward every time they said something in Japanese. Which was a lot. Because they're Otaku characters.
Actually, wait. No. Worst VAing? Fruits Basket. ESPECIALLY THE KIDS! They really didn't have the budget for child VA's did they... They sound TERRIBLE!

Higami - Bryce Papenbrook is my first choice for the "normal" Higami, dunno how well he can handle Psycho Mastermind Murderer though...
Kira - Briana Palencia works fine here. I imagine you take a but of Nae's (Steins;Gate) voice, throw in a bit of some extra "cutesy" and you have your normal Kira. And the go all depressed!Yuno or even Ai (Case Closed) for her true self.
Erwing - Todd Haberkorn. Easy.
Annie May - Tia Ballard is from Texas and I've heard her do a thick Texan accent before so...
Glitch - Oliver. As in the vocaloid. Yes. Fun fact. I've always imagined Glitch with a high voice and a British accent. Now all that needs to happen is to make the voice sound a little older and... Boom! All good!
The Owner/Doctor Bedlam - Johnny Young Bosch. He does a lot of... Emotionless characters. How about an older Evil Koizumi?
Animatricky - Whoever voiced Meowth in the old pokemon anime episodes. That guy.
