How long did you go without sleep, and do you remember the reason?
I've gone around 1-2 weeks on no sleep. The reason was because I was anxious due to something going on and it was keeping me up. I sleep soundly not, though, as I'm pretty content with how things are going for my life right now 😊

Yep. I see this all the time in people around me. They don't have to tell me shit as I observe their actions as they always speak louder than words will ever to justice. It is very sad to see people as followers of their life and not leaders, but there's not much we can do about it as we have to put ourselves first and decide where we go and how we plan on getting there. Goals are important and without them, you'll wither away into a nobody
