When doing Paath if you get disturbed example somebody keeps calling you to come to them (not on mobile), what are you meant to do? This keeps happening to me when I'm doing Rehraas Sahib

When doing Paath get rid of any distractions - try reading Bani from Gutka Sahib. If you have to use phone then turn calls/messages off.

Specific shabad or tuk, that deals with jealously?

One whose heart is filled with jealousy of others, never comes to any good.

Can we consider Ardaas as a way of talking to guru? I.e when we get to the part where we can ask for something can we mention something to like thanks for the blissed day stuff like that

Most definitely !

VJKK VJKF A friend and I was wondering if you have any events upcoming in London? Thank You!

VJKK VJKF! Weekly Katha in Southall, Park Avenue Gurdwara - every Sunday 6-7PM in main Divaan followed by Q&A upstairs from 7:30PM onwards.

Can you do other stuff after Kirtan sohila or do you have to go right to bed after it. Also can you do rakheya de shabad and Kirtan sohila before the night Ardaas cause a lot of people told me that u have to do it after the Ardaas. Thank you for taking your time to answer <3

Rakhiya de Shabad is normally before Kirtan Sohila and then Ardaas. Kirtan Sohila is last Bani to be read before sleeping so you should read it when you're about to sleep

I can't do Jaap sahib yet so can I do Jaap Ji sahib then skip ahead to Chaupie sahib etc

Don't give up so easily. If you can't read Jaap Sahib then listen to it instead and you will get it over time.

VJKK VJKF where is the best place to find raag kirtan to dowload online ?

VJKK VJKF! We have a playlist on our soundcloud and will be adding more soon.

No they may get some benefit from it but that's why the human life is superior because it's only as a human we can reach God.

Jaisa sayvai taiso ho-ay. Ang 223. What does that mean please?

Guru Nanak Dev Ji says 'bhai rach rehai s nirabho hoe, jaisaa saevai thaiso hoe.'
This pankti is talking about those who remain in fear of God become fearless of all. They then become just as the one they serve - no difference, merged into Vaheguru.

What does the Kara represent or what is the meaning behind it why do we wear it?

Some Sikhs wear a Kara on each arm to be handcuffed to Guru and always remember who we belong to. Whenever we're about to do something wrong with this hand we see our Kara which will remind us of Guru.
Also a Kara is round and has no start or end, just like Vaheguru.

In Gurbani, does it refer to a "brahm-giani" as a person (i.e. a human being)? If so, how can you find someone so pure and with such an oochi-avasta?

Yes a BrahmGyani will still have the human body but they will riseabove it and be connected to the one. No difference between them and Vaheguru:
The Supreme Lord (God) and His devotees are one and the same. There is no fraction of duality in them (no difference between them). (Guru Gobind Singh Ji)
But only a BrahmGyani will truely know their own Avastha:
Only the God-conscious being can know the state of the God-conscious being. (Guru Arjan Dev Ji)

Why do Sikhs often wear orange? Is it something to do with the religion?

Orange appears in the form of our Nishan Sahibs, the cholas worn by Panj Pyaray and Sikh turbans. This is the colour of deep joy and bliss. It absorbs shocks, nasty experiences and trauma. It’s about letting go of what holds us back or what is not helpful. Orange is the colour of connection, a sense of community, belonging and social aspects of being.
