VJKK VJKF! All about a balance - Miri Piri. In Harmandar Sahib you cannot see the Akaal Takht and in the Akaal Takht you can see Harmandar Sahib. This is showing us that when praising Guru we shouldn't bring in politics and when in politics we should always stay focused on Vaheguru.

Yes as Anand Karaj ceremony isn't a joke it's making Guruji the centre of your life.
I try and do patth everyday now that my exams are over, however because I have more free time I would like to become more immersed in prayer and so with longer patths that I dont understand such as Sukhmani sahib, I started writing in down in a separate book, should I treat it like a gutka?
If your writing Bani then make sure you keep ultimate Satkaar wich seperate pen, ink and paper and treat like Gutka Sahib.

VJKK VJKF how is the khanga used to comb the kes as I comb my hair from downwards then combing upwards. But I think that might be wrong as don't I need to tip kes forward and comb from downwards leading upwards. If I do this the kes at the top get messy as I put my kes in a pony then wrap into a bun

Bhagat Ravidaas was a very spiritual Gurmukh who became one with Vaheguru and who's Bani is in Guru Granth Sahib Jee Maharaj.

I can't recite sukhmani sahib with the correct pronounciat and takes about 2.5 hours plus , can I start reading some of the bani in the morning and some later on, would that be disrespectful . Also I'm doing in on behalf of someone who is unwell too . Ple
VJKK VJKF! You can read the Bani in parts most important is that you're reading it. You can read Bani for others, maybe recite the Bani to the person that's unwell.

have u got any plans to go to prisons to do parchaar? as u know a lot of people convert to islam in prisons. I was speaking to someone who waa in prison and they only one sikh gyani use to come for an hour do path and go, probably couldnt even speak english! whereas loads of muslims preach there.
With Guru's Kirpa we have done some Parchaar in prisons not to convert but to inspire people.
