From today, all major restaurants in the UK have to display the calories on their menus. Do you think this is a good idea? Will it affect what you order? Do you think there are any negative consequences, eg to people with eating disorders?
I think it’s completely wrong for the exact reason you’ve mentioned above. Keep it online so if people want to know they can look or ask the person serving them but I definitely think this is dangerous for those with eating disorders or in recovery where seeing calories can be a trigger.

Which is more infuriating? People slamming doors in a passive aggressive way (they are angry but won’t say why and instead slams doors to get a reaction) or people talk about others while that person they are talking about is in the room.
