I was feeling really bad tonight, my pain levels were high from a busy day and I was also tense and emotionally exhausted. My almost angelic sister Amanda came in and massaged my back and legs and we had a long talk which helped tremendously. I was able to sleep for a few hours afterwards. I am so thankful for her.
