Is it permissible to combine the intention to make up ramadan fasts & the first 9 days of dhul hijjah, hoping for the reward?

There are numerous opinions, I personally don't see it permissible to combine the intentions generally, but in this example the fact that you're busy fasting an obligatory fast on those blessed days which are of significant reward = is something to hope that Allah accepts your make up days with greater reward, hence your intention is that you're aware of the significance of the day but choosing to only intend to fast as obligatory = is better than what you aspire in combining intentions. One obligatory fast is more important than a hundred supererogatory fasts.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته My parents are giving me a hard time when it comes to practising the deen. They don’t let me wear islamic attire they don’t let me wear it above the ankles they don’t let me seek knowledge they don’t let me go to the masjid for fajr. it’s too much to handle. advice?

Treat your parents with kindness, that is better than being harsh to them regarding any of the above mentioned.
Whoever is teaching you that wearing clothes above the ankle is more important than obeying your parents is someone who does not properly understand this Deen.
Your parents love you, and they are correct in preventing you from "this" knowledge, as it's obviously leading you to mistreating them further. Should they see that your "practising" of Islam makes you more obedient and kind to them, only then you can convince them to pursue more knowledge. As it stands now, more knowledge to you like this = more harm to you and them.

Yes, to send Salam over all the Muslims in the graveyard upon entering, look up the duaa for that,
Also, to make duaa to Allah (facing qibla) to forgive your deceased loved ones and all Muslims.
As to reciting Qur'an in the graveyard next to the deceased after they have been buried, I don't see it as something permissible. There's evidence to show that reciting Qur'an at one's deathbed, and while buying them is okay though.

If a family member took my money without my knowledge and he spent it in haram but I forgave him and told him to make taubah, should I also request back the money so that it wasn‘t MY money that was spent in haram?

No, you have no sin if it was spent in Haram without your consent.
Stealing within the family is a severe issue that should get assessment by a professional. I strongly suggest you bring that up with the parents, without details about the Haram he's done (assuming he's minor), and recommending to speak to a counselor.

If my bird does droppings on my top and I clean it with wipes or water and tissue, would my prayers with that top still be valid?

If it's an edible bird then yes, the stool and urine of all edible animals is not najis.
If it's not edible, then no. It must be washed, wiping isn't sufficient.
If you're unsure, go with the latter.

Is it allowed for husband and wife to go to a beach where few to no people are (however, it is public) and swim in the ocean (covering the awrah ofc.). What about scuba diving?

As to whether this can be done in the presence of a few strangers, here's my position:
A man must protect the chastity of his women at all times. This is of utmost importance, for the prophet said: "...so the man is like a shepard over his family, and he will be held accountable for his care, and the woman is like a shepard over her husband's home, and she will be held accountable for her care..."
The scholars of the four mathaahib of Islam deemed it was prohibited for a believing woman to take off her hijab in the presence of a 'wicked woman' who's likely to describe her beauty to other men. That was centuries before the invention of cameras and social media. Therefore, if her attire can get wet and reveal or describe the contour of her body, then it should not be done, whether she is seen by few or many strangers.
I don't see a harm if there's no one around where/when it's not likely for people to show up, and I disagree with scholars who say that a woman must be fully dressed outside her home whether there are people around or not. They don't differentiate between the Awrah for prayer, and the Awrah for being seen by others. The former only applies during prayer, while the latter is obviously dependent on the existence of others to see.
Aside from the ruling, are you sure you and your wife can handle ocean temperature?! :)

يعطيك العافية .. لو حلفت بالله على عدم فعل عمل معين بشكل عام وبعدين صححت يميني وحلفت على عدم فعل هذا العمل لكن بتخصيص اي فعل جزء و جزء لاء .. شو اليمين الذي يحسب الاول ولا الثاني ؟؟

إن كنت قصدت النية الثانية عند حلفانك الأول، وانما خرج اللفظ أعم مما قصدت
مثلا طلبت منك امرأة أن تفشين لها سرا فقلت والله لا أحدثك - تقصدين السر
ثم عدلت يمينك إلى والله لا احدثك ذلك السر
كي تطمئني إلى جواز محادثتها عامة في غير السر
فلا بأس بذلك
أما إن اقسمت على عدم تحديثها عن ذلك السر، ثم بدا لك أن تحدثيها به العام القادم لمصلحة لها، فهذا تغيير في النية، فتكفّري عن يمينك الأولى
وكفارة اليمين مذكورة في كتب الفقه والتفسير، في سورة المائدة اية ٨٩ في قوله تعالى لا يؤاخذكم الله باللغو في أيمانكم ولكن يؤاخذكم بما عقدتم الأيمان... الآية
ومختصر الحكم: أن لك التخيير بين
إطعام عشرة مساكين من نوع الطعام الذي تعتادينه
أو كسوتهم من نوع الثياب التي ترتدينها
فإن لم تقدري فصيام ثلاثة أيام
ولا يجزئ الصيام إن كنت قادرة على الطعام أو الكسوة
ولا إثم عليك إن شاء الله، قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم
مَن حلف على يمينٍ فرأى غيرَها خيرًا منها فليُكَفِّر عن يمينه، وليَأْتِ الذي هو خير.

Assalam o alaikum shaykh. While in Hajj, i heard Niqab isnt a part of Ihram. Also, if there are Non Mehrams around, if we draw our veils (not niqab) it touches the nose. What is the ruling acc to Hanafi Madhab? Jazak Allah Khayran.

I am not well versed in the Hanafi mathhab. In our mathhab (Hanbali) using a niqab during hajj is prohibited, but covering the face is still obligatory, with using something other than niqab. You'll find solutions at the clothing stores at the meeqat.

اخذت فلوس من والدي لاشترك ف باص للجامعه تبع باصات الجامعه (جامعه خاصه) اخذت الفلوس ولم اشترك واشتركت مع شركه اخري بمبلغ اقل ووفرت 700 جنيه واخذتهم ولم اخبر احد ما حكم المبلغ ايه! وهل هذا يعتبر سرقة!! وهل عليا رد هذا المبلغ لابي هذا منذ عام مضي والشركه كانت سيئة واصبحت اشترك حسب الذي يعرفه

Assalam o alaykum. A friend has a birds nest under the eaves of the roof of their house. It’s not caused damage a such as yet but they have huge amounts of dropping on the lower roof. Is she allowed to get the nest to be removed without harming the birds?

No. They are resurrected on the day of judgement. They get their fair share of justice. The messenger of God said, the ram with broken horns who was killed by another ram with sharp horns, both will be resurrected, and their horns will be switched, and it will get its revenge, then they both will turn to dust.
When the disbelievers see this scene, they will wish they were animals, so that they would be turned to dust instead of facing eternal fire.
You can find a reference for that in the Qur'an, in the last verse of surat annaba', chapter 78. "We have indeed warned you of a near torment; it will be the day in which every person will review every thing they have committed, and the disbeliever will say, I wish I had been turned to dust."
