not very right now. ive been able to keep it decently consistent during school but im sure itll get pushed waay back over the summer
Stay up for between 4 to 6 days then sleep 6hrs repeat due to anxiety depression and insomnia. I've also lost 40 pounds in the last 3 months due to no to very little appetite
