Sure it is.
But, you know, intelligent people can be that and malicious, or narcissistic. It's dangerous to be around a person with both traits. I always prefer people who are kind, friendly, and polite. Genuinely empathetic people. Intelligence is a wonderful trait but...if used righteously.
