Are you healed or just trying not to think about it?

I guess I am just good at accepting or tolerating hurtful situations from my past. I think I was able to forgive some situations but others still haunt me sometimes because I never received closure from apologies and did not see any regretful behaviour but rather the opposite of it.

I actually pray for them to never ask me about direction, I am so bad at orientating myself that they would find themselves getting lost even further.

I admire my fiancé for her confidence.
She doesn't even need preparation for holding a presentation.
Whenever she speaks people are hanging on each of her words and are instantly impressed (because she is also charismatic) and I really wished I could convince people that easily XD It's a gift, honestly.

Weil Menschen grundsätzlich faul sind und ein "früher war alles besser"-Denken durch nostalgische Erinnerungen in uns verankert liegt.
Außerdem wird vielerorts in Deutschland noch mit Skepsis auf die Einbindung mit Minderheiten geschaut. Wir feiern Christopher Street Day aber selbst in den Städten, die sich als LGBTQIA+ freundlich ausgeben wird manchmal ganz offen manchmal auch hinter vorgehaltener Hand über Menschen mit unterschiedlichen Identitäten gelacht. Da kann man wohl kaum davon ausgehen, das es sich im Sprachgebrauch so bald anpassen wird.

Yes, because it's not a toxic trait, such as always blaming someone else when you are in fact "the bad guy" who is going around and hurting other people casually and then brushing it off as if nothing happened.
Maybe it just means that the person has high standards for giving out compliments. Doesn't make the person toxic in my opinion.

It means that I need to accept that I can't be everything to everyone and sometimes not even to those that I've chosen to be everything to. Because it's not in my power to decide for someone else what place I've got in their hearts. But it's in my power to accept that I have a place in my own heart and those who are willing to stay.
And it also means that some situations happen to me or to my loved ones without me being able to change them. Some situations occur and we have to deal with them by being kind to each other.
