If you suffer from trauma or any emotional circumstances that won't leave your mind and stop you from living your life or makes your life a painful experience on earth, then yes, you probably should. It's not a weakness to seek out help if needed.
Furthermore, certain psychological illnesses such as bipolar disorder require constant help because that's how they learn to regulate their emotions. Medication is also advised in that matter.

Young people especially teenagers are very annoying and I can't interact with them. I hate to admit it but I'm getting old. I guess that's happens when you reach 30

Well, I remember a time when I hated being around children as I was myself a child.
I can't recall a particular time when people didn't make me feel unsafe. So, I would say it's not a matter of age but a matter of personality. Some people, like me, are just not people-persons - and that's totally fine.

We all have that one friend that's always whining about how much their life sucks, how tired they are, how they hate their job, their boss, their co-workers, their house, their spouse, their kids, their health issues etc, ruining everyone else's mood! I hate negativity,I only want fun positive vibes

Everyone is toxic sometimes.
So am I.
So is not allowing grievance in your environment.
I would suggest you read up on the effects of repressing your own emotions.
Wish you still the best and hope you will be able to be more sensitive towards your own emotions and those of your environment.

I like autumn the most, 'cause it's still warm but the air gets a little colder, which is combined a relatively mild weather. It's also very colourful but brings some kind of nostalgia because most part of the year is already over and people start to be more reflective of the year and their overall journey so far. At least in my perception.
Hm, climate-wise spring would be the better option I guess.

The Flash.
I know the movie wasn't generally well received (at least in my country) and I know it has a lot to do with the main actor's reputation, but if you just look at the work then probably some people start to think otherwise. Honestly, it was good if you enjoy hero-movies. And it had a lot of references to other movies. There were many different kinds of humour involved and it depicted the serious moments very well - it had overall a good balance between funny moments and those moments that are able to break your heart.

That I'm physically and in nature a very guarded person.
They point it out in my body language and how I try to avoid involving myself in conversations.
I just stopped trusting people generally with just a few exceptions. I hope they are my exceptions forever.

Also, die Afd geht davon aus das die Sonne schuld am Klimawandel ist. x'D Ich kann nicht mehr....xD Es gibt so viele Studien und Forschende, die genau das bereits bestätigt haben aber ich glaube diese Partei will sich einfach nicht damit befassen. Wer diese Partei aus Trotz wählt, dem kann man mit keiner logischen Erklärung klar machen weshalb diese Partei am Ende nur Schaden anrichtet als etwas zur Gesamtsituation beizutragen und unser gesellschaftliches Leben zu verbessern.
