What isn't being taught in schools that should be?
The vocabulary of the government and how to pay taxes or ask for certain legal needs etc.
The words often used on official sites are way too difficult for average people let alone people with an intelligence or language skill below average. I think lots of confusion can be avoided if we spend more time getting ready for these things.
