What is the longest you've ever gone without any sleep?
Probably like a day or two at most. I’m very big on getting rest, I become a different person when I am deprived of sleep.

I literally can’t sleep unless I’m in my bed.

I have this white noise app called Shhh (not a promo) that helps. I’m one of those weird people that loves oceanic storm types of sounds.
