I don't think EVERY job should. Don't think its necessary for some.
However there are others where presentation is important and a dress code is to upkeep that profession

they're generally okay and actually like it because its different.
They do think its a waste of money because you don't get anything in return but they just gotta know that its a hobby and I'm not doing it to get anything in return owo)/
If you can prove that you can prioritise things they should generally be alright aka cosplay as a fun hobby but still focus on studies etc :)

oh! I made them with faux fur as a tail case and stuffed it with cotton wool and then shoved a piece of wire in and connected the wire to a backboard :D

What advice would you give to those who suffer from bullying?
I'm not too good with giving advice in this situation since I still go through it.
But I guess it depends on the situation.
If it is very extreme and serious such as physical violence or sabotage then you should really inform someone so they can do something about it.
If its something like calling you names- what I do is just ignore it and think on the brighter side because the more happier you are, the more they'll get pissed off and just call you names until they get bored.
I mean I cosplay and I get the general public laughing at me and saying some pretty harsh comments but in the end of the day- their comments and action don't mean anything to me as they are just trying to "harm" me.
