Ne ne senpaii! You know my eyeliners will always make my lower eyelids black so I'll end up looking like a panda desu QwQ, do you have any tips on preventing that
ooh! its maybe because your eyeliner is being smudged by your natural oils produced (hence oily eyelid) OR maybe hot weather ? QAQ
This especially happens alot with pencils and wax as they transfer easily when theres oils present.
A good way to prevent this happening is to keep the area around your eyeliner as dry as possible. In saying that - try to blot the eye area with blotting paper to absorb oil, set around the area with pressed/loose powder. And if you want - you can set your eyeliner using black eyeshadow (but that'll depend on how your eyelid is shape as it might transfer). ouo)/
