face chart ? liek the one on my instagram? it's pretty much a basic model of a face where you design your makeup design/style on it and also to note down the products you used. You can find ALOT of free ones on the internet or even ones by M.A.C :D

Hey Danny! I do photography as a hobby, and I really want to begin photography for cosplay;(does that make any sense? Q - Q) but I don't know where to start...

hello! oohhh! i'm glad you're plannign to get into itt!
hrmmm don't have too much expectations with planning to shoot cosplayers immediately.
Start simple to practice your photography skills through everyday objects and people.
Look through people's photos from other photographers to see any certain style (angles, composition) you like.
Through this way - you will slowly gain a specific style that you'd like to go for will tend to stick to this shooting style (for example alot of ppl here call it the CURE shot where its somewhat at a higher angle shooting down).
Go conventions and start taking snapshots of people (REMEMBER TO ASK FOR PERMISSION).
Talk to other photographers - get yourself out there and build a social network and introduce yourself. You'd be surprised what you can learn from them. Though in all honesty - I think it maaayy be a tad difficult to approach cos intimidating but yeah! GO FOR THE APPROACHABLE ONES FIRST :D
Once you start knowing people (models, cosers, friends etc) you can ask them for a photoshoot! Personally at first i'd like to ask friends,cosers for a practice shoot to practice your photography skills. and then eventually you'll prolly be able to ask ppl for shoots but dont force yourself onto them.
And also theres things like the gears such as cameras and lenses and editting. PLENTY TO LEARN :D

ooh! they come in variety of finishes. Some color are shimmers, some are matte and some gives a sheen/metallic
