No!! My hearts amazing !
~ End-stage Renal failure ; 4 years , then 6 years dialysis , then transplanted last year . . . . it was "coming home from hospital present" when ASK banned me !! Why I was so Damned mad @ their crassness . . .
But , got pretty fit on dialysis > jogged/walked up to 8 miles a day + static bike + weights +++ did pedals WHILE DIALYSING . . . . won prizes haha ; got commendation from Tour De France winner & some other , personally ~ THAT was pretty encouraging .
I posted photos , but they're stuck on my old pc ~

Are you a salt and pepper kind of person? Or one or the other?

13 years ago , I cut out salt totally , as a table condiment (when I was diagnosed) ~ I wouldn't have believed I could do it ; but result included noticing if food was truly good or needed 'pickling with salt' to masque it's shitty blandness .
So , started using lots of black-pepper-freshly-ground ; ceyenne ; garlic ........ & generally raised my expectations when eating out ~ still used a little salt when cooking ~
~ had a fish supper tonight , said "fukkit" & went for trad 'salt & vinegar' ~ ~ i'm rambling . . . .

~ there were some amazing ........ well , entertaining gifs for " *FIDGET* SPINNERS" ~ was that it ? But the first dozen I tried were too big for ask .............
~ if you enjoy them , then that's all that matters ; don't ever let anyone spoil your fun !!!!
~ there was a brill one where this old guy in a dish-dash , plays with one , then he exchanges it for a ceiling fan ~ funny !

Hold on . . . . whisper stuff in their ear ~ sometimes someone is bothering them in a very serious & frightening way & they are asking for help . . .
~ it used to happen every Saturday night . . . then they would say : "you're Ben's dad , aren't you ?" ~ omg , LOL!!

He left his sweat all over my t-shirt . . . we went around the other side of the reastaurant , to get some shade . . . it's in woodland . . . it specialises in bird-feeders , they were practically on us . . . when Issah's hands were full , I fed her ice-cream , as well as Blair , it gave me a profound flashback to when she was Blair's age . . .
