What’s your way of dealing w anxiety attacks?

Allhumdillulah i never face any anxiety attack but i always help my friends.just make a list of things that bothering you,haunt you,regret you,make you feel alone .try to answer yourself and prepare yourself for the fears . anxiety comes when you feel you don't know what to do ,how to handle the situation which might give you nightmare so try to train your mind first.
