Yes I have with the pasta/subs/meat and all that fun bs my cousin showed me how she was into that HARD CORE cause she was a bodybuilder and into competitions and that crap in the past was easy to do really

No not just for the muscles and bulk bs, (My arms/legs have that for my size already) I’m saying for the bmi index I should be 170/180 lbs (77.1/81.6kgs) at least but I’m not, I’m at unfortunately 120lbs (54.4kgs). I want to be where I should be not where I’m not at “skin and bones” kinda deal if that makes sence to you

If you eat more than 2000 calories a day you will gain weight. If you are active, maybe 2500 calories

I have my dads last name of course, well I like it but only to a point I just wish my grandfather hadn’t changed it when they moved here from Ireland to become more “Canadian” so to speak and kept the original spelling was better I think

One!!! 😂 you know I’m not sure for me it was two but my last one came through at the last possible second it seemed for me *shrugs* and took me by surprise. For all intents and purposes though I guess it would be up to the couple in question though sometimes it could be two or even seven, who knows. Kids are expensive though ask anyone who has them atm right @askamanz5506

Ya but those were ages ago though only paintings/drawings I have now I have now are ones my kids have now but those aren’t paint by numbers
