Why not work out so you can reduce your chest and not have to get top surgery?
Sometimes it doesn’t work that way. Sure some trans men have smaller chest and can workout to just have manly muscle in their chest but even then sometimes the nipples are too big or they just don’t like the way it looks. But just working out can’t get rid of all that breast tissue
