How many hours of sleep per night do you need to feel well-rested? I know the optimum for an adult is 7-8, however I get about 5-6 and it works for me. More hours make me feel drowsy
I seldom get enough to feel well rested due to insomnia.

There's a difference between defending and violence. Violence itself is NEVER justified. If you have to resort to violence, it just proves you don't have the mental capacity to talk like a mature adult.
