Do you wear a watch or just use your phone for checking the time?
No, I like to wear watches in order to keep track of the time and as an accessory.. The watch is so essential to me that sometimes I work on my phone and look at the watch to see the time instead of the phone😅

Why are some people happy to criticise the lives of others, but are not prepared to help them?
Recently I began to think that when we criticize others, we mean by that to criticize ourselves before anyone else.. As for why they do not help them instead, I think because we are all in our depths looking for help of some kind and feeling this need in addition to a degree of helplessness towards oneself, this prevents some Sometimes from providing help to others, while that makes others move towards that, where they see in the help of others a voice echoing back to them...
When was the last time you were annoyed and some bright spark told you to calm down, as if that would help? What usually helps you calm down when you're angry?
It happened this week as I realized that I was so tense and nervous that it started to really bother me.. What helps me calm down is usually a cup of chamomile tea with a heavy coat and sitting alone in the cold morning air with only my thoughts and rearrange the pieces of my life like a chess board and make plans for everything and nothing.. it usually helps me especially after a deep night's sleep...

Why don't we give up on some people?
I think that being able to give up on someone is related to how important this person to you.. For me, I do my best to the people I care about to keep them in my life.. I will fight hard and with all my energy for that if they are really important to me because when I will decide to give up on someone, I often do that permanently and burn all the bridges of return.. Life is too short, so I hate wasting it waiting for anyone, even if he meant the world to me at that time..
