كان من الممكن أن ألجأ إليك في ليلة أرق كهذه؛ لتخبرني أنه لا داعي للخوف، وأن ما كُسر يمكن إصلاحه، أو ربما تعويضه بأشياء جديدة تمامًا فأطمئن أكثر ويعود كلانا إلى النوم، شاعرين بسخافة ما يحدث في العالم لأننا معًا؛ وأن لا شيء يضاهي ذلك "لكن الحياة ليست بهذه البساطة"..

ماذا تفعل كي تُنفّس عن نفسك؟
أحاول أن أبتعد عن مصدر الضغط والتعب وأمارس أنشطة أخرى كالقراءة أو المشي أو الخروج مع الأصدقاء..
مساءالخير .. "لا تَقطع وعدًا مِن تحت ركام إنهيار عاطفي، ولا تَمضِ حيث المَنفذ الأول، فكل شيء مِن تحت الحطام يبدو مخرج طوارئ."
أعيذك يا الله من أن نعتاد على فراغ يقطف منا زهرة شبابنا، وأن نألف النعم فلا نذكرك إلا عند حدوث النقم، وأن نركع عدة مرات في اليوم ولا يستقيم فينا إلا ظهرنا، وأن يمتلئ قلبنا بالكتمان فنطرق غير بابك..

نحتاج إلى أسبابٍ تجعل الحياة محتملة.. شيء بخلاف ما هو مفروض، ومتوقع، وواجب، وضروري، وصحيح، وأخلاقي.. شيء يأتي من مكانٍ مضيءٍ وعامرٍ بالموسيقى.. شيء يشبهُ الحبّ، يشبه الفنّ، يشبه اللعب..
