The media has skewed the way beauty is perceived. For women there is a set standard of beauty; clear skin, glossy hair, big eyes, tiny nose, full lips, high cheekbones etc. Those who don't fit this standard are often taunted and made fun of. I don't blame women for wanting to get plastic surgery or other procedures, it's not entirely their fault, society and media has made them to feel insecure.

Why do girls/women put so much pressure on themselves to look a particular way? Are they afraid of judgment?
As person who suffer with the content fear of judgment because of my past mistakes I was says if the society don't chance the majority of people will leave in fear
not everyone does this dawg
No idea
I can’t answer for everyone but even social media has given me a warped sense of my body. I compare too much
we don’t. society does. some of us just cave to that a little easier

TBH world put so much pressure on girls to be perfect.. every single company puts effort to drive girls to feel insecure about themselves.. your skin is dark, you have to have a white skin to look beautiful... You're fat, you have to lose weight to look beautiful.. a massive amount of massages just to drive profits to their companies regardless how girls would feel about themselves.. the result, many girls can't feel secure about their skin, weight, etc. Every girl wants to reach beauty standards.. while it is just a lie..

Because unfortunately, this is what society shows us😕 and for your information isn't just girls / women who put so much pressure on themselves, from guys / men too contrary to what a lot of people may think.✌🏼
