Depends how do YOU usually behave when people are angry with you?

It triggers my bpd & ptsd. So I'll either end up isolating myself and having panic attacks or I will blackout and end up saying/doing fucked up things in response to them. I hate it.

I usually try to avoid everyone.

Depends on if they're angry at me or not. If it's not my issue, calm. If they try to make it my issue, beat the ever living shit out of them.

Stay away from them or try and get them out of that mood by cracking a joke or changing the subject.

i tend to withdraw into myself.
