happy birthday, sweetheart! (am i too late to say it?) btw, i hv some questions for you! hv u ever been in a situation where u've already set your mind to not eat any makanan yg pedas, chocolate, sugar, candy and etc. Ofcourse semua tu effect our skin right? so, wht did you do? ;)
hii whatever it is i would never really eat anything super greasy. i never really seem to get myself to stop eating anything spicy or CHOCOLATES OMG HOW CAN I STOP?? hahah i tend to turn to one piece of dark chocolate as a substitute. for spicy foods, i dont really sub for anything. just kurangkan garam & msg :) drink lots & lots of water. it helps.

well, basically many of these products tend to test out their products on animals before retailing them in the drugstore or outlets. by any means, if anything went wrong during those horrid tests, those animals are the ones to suffer. do read more about this online, its a really interesting topic actually ;)

use good lipsticks!!! mostly if your lipstick starts to fade after a meal is a sign that the lipstick that you're wearing doesn't have a nice longevity of wear time to it. try to switch into a better one, love :)
