Hab eine Verletzung am rechten sprunggelenk und muss es jz 6 wochen schohnen . Auf was muss ich beim.trainiren jz verzichten ? Legday ist mir klar aber wie schauts mit kreuzheben aus ?

Ich würde auf alles verzichten das dein Gelenk auf irgendeine Weise belastet. Deadlifts würde ich demnach auch nicht machen. 😉
