Fatty foods aren’t even what’s bad for us. Sugar is bad, and nonfat foods are loaded with sugar. If we just cut down drastically on our sugar intake the rates of obesity and heart disease would drop like a stone. It would also help if we stopped using BMI to determine obesity. That scale is broken and worthless.
