To the point that you are very aware of your fears but they won't stop you from going and living your life. If it's affecting your day-to-day life it is always a wise choice to talk about it with an expert such as a psychologist, for they do study this to help us.
I think how it's affecting everyone is different from person to person. Because one person may run away or avoid a fearful situation while other people fight their fears and another one freezes in the face of fear. And also it depends on what type of fear you have.

What are the most common signs of a toxic person?

✏ They are the hero/or the victim in each of their stories. They are the ones who survived every heartbreak and never the ones responsible for the hardship of another person
.✏ They try really hard not only to convince themselves that they are not the bad guys, but they will also try on you and if it does not work then everyone around you is the next target. Then the isolation-tactic starts, where they try to take over people with that you had a good connection = gaslighting and manipulation
✏ Notice how they speak about other people, are they respectful or do they speak often ill of other people?
✏ They tend to assume more of other people than actually talking about problems, because talking about conflicts could actually solve than and that would be boring for them. Toxic people love drama.

My first try at making noodles was probably horrible. The noodles were hardly done at some point still hard to chew. The noodles also turned out too salty, while the tomato sauce was not salty or flavoured at all. I'm so sorry for my mom when she had to try this. x'D
I always liked baking more than cooking, but at least I can make some simple dishes that turn out decent nowadays.
