When you have strong feelings to live and die for only 1 person for me its like k agar mohabat hai to beshak wo 60saal ki budhi ho jae gi khoobsurat nahi rahy gi par tumhara liya wo hamesha wohi 22 23 saal ki larki rahy gi tb bhi tum usko tayar dekhna chaho gy gajray ly k ao gy phool k jhumkay banwao gy tb bhi tum usko ice-cream k liya ly k jao gy tb bhi tum uska sth mastia karo gy tb bhi tum usko yeh keh sako k puri Zindagi bus tumhy chaha hai talking about in age of 60's and that's what love is and physical kuch nai hota us mai bus dekhna baatain karna khush rekhna and dukh mai sth dyna yehi pyar hai like bht saray words hai to explain this love but you cant explain to the one you love he or she must feel it that's what love is where the word explanation comes there is no love no feelings you can feel the love you dont need to tell that person how much you love him or her its a language which is felt not forced or beg ♥️

Spend sometime with your loved once must have a weekend for outing and relaxation .

Eat fruits and always take long breath if you are distracted do some exercise every day .
