I do, though I try not to on days where Iām up early!
Folk with grey or silver hair can use it too. Itās basically if you have a hair colour where youād like to tone out any brassiness/yellow or copper streaks. As far as Iām aware, itās meant to make grey/silver hair more vibrant :)
