I feel as if my body, mind and heart are functioning separately. Without the sync. As if these three make their own decisions, away from the shadows of each other. The mind does not refer to the heart, the heart is indifferent of the mind and the body remains in denial of both. The more I have tried to stay in control, the more I am losing it now.
