Dinner followed by a simple activity. Biggest part is the Ice Breaker , being able to carry on a simple enjoyable conversation during dinner with a small walk, bike ride, or other physical activity bowling or another sports related activity like tennis or mini golf.

No you either have It or you don't. If not don't bother wasting your time or theirs the aftermath isn't pretty it really causes mental distress which can trigger many unwanted behaviors the can be long lasting.

Every couple of hours if they are not at work to make sure they are doing ok or to check on things asked of each other. A call or two with a video chat would also suffice. Texting all day is overrated and leads to doing other things which may not be so respectful or appropriate.
