i was talking to some people on a voice gc and this person kept pronouncing 'none' as 'nen' and 'my' as 'mah' and I as 'ah' and you as 'yaah' and my poor ears felt violated. I asked them where they're from and they're from Georgia. Redneck accents are so so so deranging. It's tremendous.

The most shocking thing I found out lately was just a couple of hours ago when I checked on an old roommate and saw that she got a divorce, found a boyfriend and had a newborn baby in her 40s!
