badminton every evening & 10/20 sit-ups. So far ya jak lah. Makan kmk try sikmakan between meals & reduce nasi.

So coba ktk main laptop ya atas katil/somewhere selain meja. By following rule ya tek, the only time ktk akan makan is during meals lah & unless ktk ng rajin pegi dudok rah meja makan :)
