hello. i was wondering since u are wearing a hijab urself, is it ok for someone who is wearing hijab to post her baby pictures or pictures when she was still a kid that is not covered? sorry if this is offending u, but this is just a question coming from someone who tries to learn more about islam ☺

hi there ☺ no I'm not offended, don't worry. well honestly your question got me thinking for quite a while, and yes, I looked up for the answer on the Internet for further confirmation. It is okay for Muslim women to post baby/infant photos of themselves as long as the photo was taken before they reached puberty. In Islam, children who has reached puberty are obligated to cover their aurat in front of non-mahrams (men whom they are allowed to marry according to religion) at all times. This includes photos; photos exposing aurat of children who had reached puberty are not to be shown to others who are not their mahrams. However, it is not exactly advisable to do so if the photo could bring shame to the person him/herself (eg: exposing private parts, etc). Hence, yeah, it is okay to post baby photos of us as long as it IS a really appropriate photo and was taken before the age of puberty. ☺

Would you erase your most precious memories to become smarter?

No. Memories are a part of me; they make me who I am today. I won't trade them for anything, not even better grades.

we don't have summer here so let's just assume that we're talking about the end of year hols. sooo there are plenty things I'd like to do; get a driving license, buy & read lots&lots of storybooks, do part-time jobs, spring cleaning the entire house, hang out with friends&fam.... The list is endless hahaha

What is one thing that happened in your life that without it happening, you would never be where you are today?

Permata.
