I've just seen your 'loosing weight' questions, and I was wondering, (if you don't mind answering of course) do you do any exercise as well as only eating 800 calories? And has only eating 800 calories made a difference? x
Well I've only done it for about 5 days now, and no I'm lazy I don't exercise:P but I done some research and you loose about 2000 calories a day just by doing nothing, that's why you should eat 2000 to maintain the same weight, and obviously if you're only eating 800 you're loosing about 1200 a day, but I think at first it's only water you loose. I've lost about 2lbs already, but the reason you need to eat 1200 every third day is because if you don't, you body thinks you're starving yourself, making your metabolism slow down meaning you will just put on more weight:P hope this helps
