My younger self never trusted his gut feeling. Whatever conflicted with authorities' will that came to my mind had to have "it's proper place", "proper time" before externalization. Frankly most of the time I was right but kept waiting for others' approval, so that nobody ever found out I was. If I told my parent earlier that something is off with me, I might have had an easier time at school, work. Instead I accepted being guilty. We learnt the hard way I won't be able to live unassisted. It looks so different now. When doc saw my diagnose he decided for disability pension without asking me anything. I should have been more protective over my parents, they wouldn't have to suffer as much, so wouldn't I.

Doesn't look like I ever had one. There's this ongoing fear of vulnerability associated with my paranoid personality and even if I feel like going emotional it's still a highly guarded and cold conversation. Seems rather harmful cause I always feel ashamed and beaten by people yet I never let myself open up but I can't help being like that.

Zdarza Ci się odnawiać stare znajomości? 🧑🏻

Bardzo rzadko. Jednym z objawów mojej parafrenii jest niewybaczanie zdrad i chowanie urazy w nieskończoność. Mam bardzo wysokie, czasem nierealistyczne wymagania odnośnie moich relacji z innymi. Jeśli one nie są takie jak chce, to ich nie ma i nie będzie choćby nie wiem jak ktoś się starał.
