The first person to do that was one of my teachers during elementary/high school. He gave me a lot of guidance and I learnt so much from him. I wouldn't be the person who I am today without him.

The second one was a Hungarian-born psychotherapist, Andrew Feldmar. Listening to his talks, reading his books and even having a session with him once were truly life-changing experiences for me.

The third one was Nietzsche. I know he is a mainstream philosopher but he was the first one I read back when I was 14 and I continued reading his books over the years. My personality was massively shaped by his philosophy.

Then, while I don't particularly like to admit this, my ex belongs here too. Things didn't end well between us and he sucked for many different reasons lol but he was also an extremely important part of my life at some point and guided and inspired me in many ways.

The last one is my former therapist. We didn't achieve much in terms of making my mental health better but nevertheless, I think he was truly great and he managed to challenge some of my deeply ingrained ideas/opinions/attitudes no one else had been able to challenge before, and he made me see things in a different light. I have a lot to thank him.
