How do you respond when you don't get what you want?

Depends on what it is I wanted. A goal? How much do I want to achieve my goals or dreams? The more I want it, the less I am likely to give up on it, even when I fail on my way to achieving it, I still stand up to find another way to somehow getting closer to my goal. A Friendship? I don't fight for them to stay in my life or to value me whatsoever. It's hopeless to water dead flowers. What's meant for you, will stay even in tough times. And what doesn't want to stay will always find an excuse to walk away. It's simply not meant for me. It never was.
Something material? Well, I just buy what I can afford, and what I can't afford right now I save my money little by little and then get it when I have enough money to spend it on.

Why do people say that people are offended by honesty

I was confused as well. I enjoy people telling me the truth without having fear of how I might react. But then again, I also met people who made me change my mind on this because they used honesty as an excuse to be rude. Later on, they excused their rude behaviour by telling me I am too sensitive because I can't deal with 'truth' which was by the way just their opinion on me. And rather than wanting to see me improve they just wanted to rant their negative thoughts off of their mind. And that, in fact, is not quite helpful, except for themselves, as they want to cause hurt.
The point I'm trying to make here, it's definitely about the intentions of the one, who tries to speak the truth. Words can be weapons. And sometimes they hurt. And the truth isn't always a pleasure to face, so we should speak our 'truths' wisely.

I don't know how you deal with it but if I am able to ignore it, I just ignore it. If I am in the position to do so. Because...when it's destructive and spoken to hurt me rather than to bring me forward, my brain goes like: I've seen it. I delete it now. Bye, bye. I don't listen to people who's intentions are clearly malicious.

So, now we're in the renaissance of smartphones. x'D Back to good old folding. xD
Idk. My smartphone works for me. I only will buy myself a new one when my old one doesn't work anymore properly.

Depends. Usually, I build my opinion on the background knowledge I receive of certain topics. It's not unlikely that I change my mind the more background knowledge I get.

I wouldn't say I listen to it frequently but I listen to anything that sounds interesting enough for me, so I don't exclude it from my taste in music.

With really, really close friends.
Usually, I'm more of an observer. If I show feelings in front of total strangers there is something really wrong with me, which means, when I'm hurt by something and am no longer in the position to hide it. I feel safer expressing myself with people I can trust. And I also feel safer when I figure out how people feel before they take interest in how I'm feeling.

It's surely the indian answer to Jane Austen's "Pride&Prejudice"
They tried to catch the vibe from the original work of respective author but of course its mixed with indian culture. I personally loved it but I heared that the movie flopped in India. Don't know if thats true but I would just recommend to watch it if you either enjoy Jane Austens Novels & Movies or Bollywood. ;) It's lovely. ♡
