how do you always stay so positive?
I'm not always positive, far from it. I just try to look on the bright side of things. Its all about perspective I guess. If you only look for and expect the bad things in life that's all you'll find, whereas if you try and force yourself to look to the good side of things, you will eventually see more good happen to you.

what advice would you give to someone who feels depressed a lot?
Hang in there, as cheesy as it sounds it mostly always gets better.
I think it helps when you understand why you feel depressed, sometimes for seemingly no reason.
It's probably due to a chemical and hormonal imbalance in your brain. What I suggest is try eating more fruit and veg and get a more balanced diet, and cut out the junk food as much as you can. This promotes the release of 'happy hormones' such as dopamine. This should make you feel a bit happier and it will also increase your fitness and metabolism, which will be healthy for you. If you already are getting a balanced diet and are exercising often, then I'd say talk to a doctor as there could be an underlying problem. Feel free to talk to me anytime you want about it!

I honestly have no idea. He knew he was going to die, so maybe he wanted to do it painlessly by overdosing. In my opinion he wrote Fiction as a goodbye/suicide letter.

Don't do it, honestly. It does get better trust me. The thing that I say is, the only reason your life might be so hard right now is because life knew you were strong so it's making you play life on the 'hard' difficulty.
