I do that all the time now....to make it clearer the level or wrong you are legally. They only give them when it's proven that it's needed. The police have this mentality that sometimes people don't know what's for their own good. That's a great cop...if they can figure that for the legal term VICTIM (some people are criminal without even realizing it). Harrassament is common law broken.

First off, why would I be running from the police..... if it is for humor, I would go in the direction closest to his car since my goal is not to be charged for avoiding arrest.
