What advice do you give to self harmers?

I been in the same situation, not with self harming but the depression, isolation. Anger. Etc. Theres times when I wanted to give up but I didn't ... I wrote out in a journal all my feelings, all the negatives I hated at the moment then started listing all the positives about me and life etc. And I felt better. I just breathe and started to try new things (that were safe course), talking about it to my siblings and praying to god to help me overcome. And always remember to give it one more night because no one really knows how much can change just overnight...
