Do you shower with cold water, in summer?
Not completely cold, but a cool temperature using less hot water compared to the cold water.
Have you ever taken an ice bath? Like going swimming in a lake or the ocean when the water was absolutely freezing 🥶 What do you think about the feeling of getting cooled down really quickly in general?
Nope. I rather take a cool shower than anything that's ice cold.

How good would you say you are at doing laundry? What kind of methods do you use for drying, folding etc.? 👕🧦
About average. I honestly dislike it cause it's so easy to get behind on clothes and it's exhausting to do big loads. I'll fold them, but the bigger the load i lose motivation to put them where they need to go until much later in the day, lol.

I try to take breaths to calm down and step away from the situation where i can gain control of my thoughts.

Yes, a couple and for different reasons such as the friendship was one-sided, lies/manipulation, difference of opinions, jealous controlling gf, and drifting apart.

Sing. I can't dance and dancing is more tiring than singing for me.
How to numb your emotional pain ? 😞
From personal experience it's never good to numb your pain, but to work through it as it runs its course. Try focusing your mind on things that make you happy such as hobbies, being with supportive friends/ family, and talking to someone you trust about your feelings so they're not bundled up inside.

I wouldn't call it dumb, but foolish if you gave them multiple chances knowing they aren't going to change.

Yes, but i think it's not as extreme as people to make it seem to be.
