my doctor told told me to drink more fluids up to 4 pints a day and i'm not sure i could drink that much especially when i'm out and about she said my bladder will cope with it but i'm not sure have you got any advice out getting into a routine about drinking when during the day?
Your doctor is right, you will struggle at first and need a wee constantly, but your bladder will get used to it. Just make sure you always take a bottle of water with you on your travels and that there's always a toilet you can use nearby. Even if you have to nip in pubs just to have a wee cause I've done that plenty of times. 😂

I'm not into roller coasters, and it winds me up because I really want to be. There's nothing I'm scared of, it's just that if I'm on one I get this horrible unbearable feeling in my stomach. Seriously horrible. It happens when a ride goes down a dip or gets too fast and it fucking sucks. Like being carsick but x1000. I don't know, I can't explain it. I'd love to be able to go on all of the scary rides and not just be the person staying behind holding everyone's bags. 😞

Aaaah do you know what, yeah I kinda do. I don't really have a reason to justify this, but I used to despise the creatures. Never liked them. Years ago I was at an old friend's house, his cat sat next to me then walked over me and it was the most terrifying experience of my life. It was the stuff out of nightmares.
Since I've been with Adam though, I've had to warm up to the stuck up, ungrateful things cause he likes em. If I see one in the street, I'll actually attempt to go over and stroke it and make friends. Last week we saw one, it came straight over to us and started mewing. I stroked it and it did that weird rubbing itself into you thing, but then it decided to put its arms around me like giving me a cuddle. I was sorta thinking "what the hell do you want from me?" but at the same time thinking it was sort of cute. It started purring afterwards though and it creeped me out. Little bastard took it too far. But yeah, I suppose cats are okay. I guess. Nothing on dogs though. 😄

I'm exactly the same! It's so difficult sometimes, I think help should definitely be more readily available for mental health issues and wellbeing and more research! If you ever want to chat about anything, I'm here :) (sorry this isn't a question, more like a paragraph haha)

Ahh this is a difficult question. I think it's actually my biggest issue at the moment, the fact that I've yet to find something to help me through the bad times. There's always Adam of course, but I think it's unfair to rely on him constantly, plus when I'm feeling particularly bad there's times I take it out on him. I can get snappy and aggressive, which then makes me feel even worse and I hate myself for it. It's a vicious cycle. Don't get me wrong though, sometimes a cuddle can fix everything. It's just very rare.

I don't know, it's a very vague question. It would depend on who said it, what kind of kiss ect. There's approx 6448392 pictures of me kissing other people and vice versa and I'm pretty sure Adam doesn't have a problem, especially since it happens right in front of him most of the time.
