I know that when I get stressed, my body temperature rises and I start breathing heavier, sometimes I shake. When I'm really stressed, I snap at people which is awful. A lot of my self harming has come from stress, so I obviously don't deal with it as well as I should. I've yet to find something that calms me down unfortunately.

No, not at all. My mum has always just let me do my own thing.
Do you believe that honesty is the best policy? Why or why not?
In general, yes. Honesty is something I value massively. If someone is angry at me or I've done something wrong, I'd rather them just say. At least that way I can learn from my mistakes and try to better myself, most importantly apologise. Nothing good ever comes from biting your tongue anyway.
The only thing I dislike about people being honest, is if they're also a dick about it. This is a very shitty example, but forgive me, I'm tired. When my mum buys a new dress and asks for my opinion, I'm rarely going to like the thing, but I'll always tell her my opinion shouldn't matter. As long as she likes it and feels comfortable in it, screw what anyone else thinks. There's no harm in saying "it's definitely not something I'd wear" but there'd be no need to say "that's disgusting, you have no taste". That's just rude.

Do you judge people quickly?
Sure, we all judge. I'm sure the majority of us make an opinion on someone when we first meet them. What's important though is to never take those judgements too seriously, not until you've bothered to get to know the person anyway. As for judging someone's behaviour or lifestyle ect, I'll have an opinion sure, but as long as no one is getting hurt it has nothing to do with me.

If you had to be named after a city, state, or country (etc), which would you want it to be? Why?
I'm not sure, geographical names aren't my favourite. I do like the names Chelsea, Marina and Sydney which are cities, and Georgia after the state. No real reason why, they aren't significant to me in any way, I just think they are pretty names. 😊
