Are you serious? I don't know every person inside out, and the way this question is worded comes across as quite rude to be honest. People will have struggles I know nothing about and are very private, a lot of us are good at putting on a front. I'd say I hide mine pretty well by turning to alcohol all the time. If you saw me on a night out, you'd probably think I was a liar.
Yes there are some that diagnose themselves wrongly, in a messed up way it's sort of seen as 'cool' in society these days to have anxiety and mental health issues. But it fucking isn't. Nobody wants to feel like this. I went for a meal with three friends the other day, I was doing okay for the first 10 mins (I'd downed a bit of alcohol before I left the house), then as that wore off things got worse. I started panicking, I was quiet, in my head they are finding boring and wishing I hadn't come along. I start breathing heavily, fidgeting a lot, I feel like people on other tables are noticing and staring and laughing at me. I just about managed to hold it together that night, but when I came home I broke down in tears. Just makes you think "what's the point?" "I'm no good to anyone" and it'll be a while before I even think about another social outing.

I have quite a few all for different reasons, I answered the same question not long ago and I'm too lazy right now to do it again.
I'd like to get to know the dogs around my local area better. I see neighbour dog Molly about once a day, and my favourite dog (apart from my own) Billy usually four times a day. Then there's Alfie, Oscar, and two gorgeous German Shepards I don't know the name of yet, but I only see them weekly. Billy's owner has two daughters and sometimes they bring around their doggies too. My favourite is Rogue, a black German Shepard, she's one of the most gorgeous dogs I've ever seen but I could only ever speak to her through the fence. :'(

I think it depends on what stage of life they are in. From working at primary school, I learned that a lot of young kids bully because of their upbringing. If they're brought up around violence, some see it as normal and basically repeat that behaviour in school. I know that some kids do it to actually get into trouble, because even though they'll be disciplined, they're getting attention. More attention than they have at home, because their parents don't care enough or they're more interested in drugs ect.
In high school and in no way I am defending this, but it's sort of normal. I definitely think people bully because of their own insecurities, and I also think they bully out of jealousy, but when you're in a high school environment it's always gonna happen to someone unfortunately. There'll always be a gang mentality, children of that age are easily influenced for a lot of reasons. They want to be liked, they don't want to be bullied themselves, they want to fit in, they haven't learned or are too shy to stand up to people, the list goes on. I was bullied for being the quiet, weird one and most people were too quick to judge rather than get to know me. I was also bullied because of my appearance, but I know that had nothing to do with other people's insecurities, it was more the fact that they felt superior to me. However I think if I ran into some of these bullies today, a lot of them would regret how they treated me as you grow up a lot after high school.
Some people will never change though, and that's the sad thing. Some will still blame their upbringing or childhood, but it isn't good enough. If you're an adult, you can make your own decisions in life, you should know right from wrong and actually, you should be doing everything you can to ensure someone's life doesn't turn out as shitty as yours due to the way they were treated.
I don't have an explanation for some bullies. I don't think there is any specific reason why some choose to be horrible to other people, other than the fact they are horrible people themselves. I do believe there are more good people in the world though, and I feel honoured to know so many of them.
