How do you express your felings? Do you tell someone, write them down, listen to music, draw, etc? Does it help?

I'll usually tell someone if something is on my mind, keeping stuff bottled up does not help. If it's something that concerns a person I prefer to talk to them in person, and other than that sometimes I write things down. That's one of the reasons I still use this piece of crap, I'll sometimes use it to stick my thoughts and feelings down. 😊

I used to always get the Spicy Italian I think it's called.. obviously being a vegetarian I can't have it any more. I tried the veggie patty one the other week but I didn't like it. I mean I ate it all like cause I was starving, but I didn't like it. :')

I always liked IT because it was a really laid back lesson and I always found it pretty easy. English was alright too because it was something I was decent at and I actually had friends to sit next to. 😊

Do you struggle to make friends

Hmmm not really, especially if I've had a drink because it gives me a lot more confidence. I'm pretty bad at social interactions if I'm sober, but I'm trying to get better and more comfortable by doing more things with people. 😊

Yeah that sounds like me. 😅. Something has to trigger it though, like I'm not just gonna start sobbing and break down in the middle of Come Dine With Me. I'm not that insane. Unless the episode is especially sad.

Okay, a little boring though. My sister came around earlier with my two nephews so that was nice. 😊

Have you ever pulled yourself away from someone, whether it be platonic related or romantic? If yes, why? Do you regret it? Feel free not to answer! I recognise this may be a personal question for some, I'm just curious! Have a good weekend 🌸

In my last relationship things weren't great for a while, I was very ill and he was struggling to cope with me and had a few issues of his own. Anyway he ended up doing something that I couldn't forgive and that was the end really. I didn't realise it at the time but the fact that I could make up my mind so quickly proves it was the right thing to do. He did help me through a lot and stuck around when most people wouldn't have, but I just wasn't happy... and clearly I wasn't making him happy either. I do miss him, but I don't regret anything.
I'm in a new relationship now and even though that was the last thing on my mind a few months ago, I met someone that makes me very happy and I really really love him. My ex boyfriend is in a new relationship too and as far as I know he is happy, so things worked out for the best.
