If you’re in the US, I think in some places you need to be vaccinated, yes. But there’s various restrictions based on the state and number of Covid cases. A handful of states have no restrictions at all…

All the time. I constantly have anxiety about upcoming events that leads to insomnia. I do a few things to calm down. It’s pretty similar to what I do when I’m stressed.
Deep breathing
Going for a walk
Writing
Watching a TV show/movie that will distract you
Reading something fictional to get out of your own head
Talking to a friend/family member
Painting
Drawing
Or just spending time in nature.

I had a pretty serious chest injury in a car accident that took months to fully heal. That was one of the most painful things I’ve experienced to date. It was a solid 8, I would say. Especially because, everything you do hurts like hell with a chest injury. Sneezing, coughing, bending down, laying down, yawning, taking a deep breath, etc…
